Established in June 2014, INFRA & P.E. Advisory provides strategic advice on structuring and funding large and small infrastructure projects or dedicated infrastructure funds.

The company’s principal focus is on infrastructure projects and funds dedicated to infrastructure, and includes tailored advice on investment strategy, JV and Consortium tender agreements, financial engineering, feasibility studies and due diligence, as well as international fundraising for fund platforms or for specific projects, including identification of equity and seed capital, mezzanine debt and senior debt under non-recourse project finance and/or asset base finance requirements.

INFRA & P.E Conseil / INFRA & P.E Advisory is available for short- to medium-term missions and advisory mandates in France, Europe and internationally.

Current mandates.

Several mandates have been signed and are being executed. Two potential mandates are under negotiation.

Current mandates in France, the United States and Australia focus on structuring and governance matters for new funds and their respective business plans, fundraising and investment startegies, and include advising or preparing marketing and investors presentations and liasing with lawyers on the legal documentation.

These mandates include a fundraising componernt which allows INFRA & P.E Advisory to put to work its network and contacts with leading European, Australian and international investors, including family offices, insurance companies, pension funds and institutionnal investors.

Finally, one mandate on behalf of an international private investment group involves a specific identification of «European Infrastructure Assets » to help develop a new portfolio and a plaftorm.
